Brighten a young person’s life
As the holiday season approaches, many of us look forward to spending time with family, enjoying warm traditions, and the comfort of home. For the young people at The William George Agency, this season can feel very different. Many of our youth are unable to return home for the holidays—some because their home is no longer a safe place, while others have no home to return to.
Because of this, we work with great intention to make the holidays here feel meaningful and filled with the same sense of belonging every child deserves. Each year, our youth enjoy a special holiday meal at Greek Peak Mountain Resort —a tradition that provides them with an experience outside the campus that feels celebratory, dignified, and deeply meaningful. We also ensure that every young person receives a personal gift—not just any gift, but something they truly wanted, something that reminds them that they are seen, valued, and cared for.
These moments matter. For many of our youth, it is the first time they have experienced a holiday centered around joy rather than hardship.
