“Since arriving at Grace Cottage, Ms. Hayes has been an absolute asset to the program. She is kind, consistent, and patient with all of the youth that she works with. She always goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the program without complaint. She has been able to show that same level of consistency and dedication in every program that she has worked in. When Ms. Hayes is at work, she is always engaged with the kids, whether going for campus walks, cooking, or doing whatever art project the kids are currently working on. Her paperwork is always on point and completed on time.
