Congratulations Teresa Kurtz.
Ms. Kurtz was nominated by several colleagues for her leadership skills, character and commitment to the Agency and its mission. She ensures that she is available to her staff, making sure “needs are met and voices are heard.” She regularly shows appreciation for them in thoughtful ways. One nominator describes her as “a great role model and leader for me and the team as a whole.” Another says she “has transformed this program to what it is today and has never failed to support a staff.” A third observes that she “consistently shows her positive attitude and creates a safe space for staff and residents.”
