Employee of the Month April 2026

Congratulations Jennifer Gold.

Ms. Gold was nominated by the Manager of Lodge Cottage for demonstrating a level of care and investment that is “second to none.” She is being recognized for building a clinical program in the cottage that every team member is proud of and maintaining a high standard of care while managing a large case load. She holds multiple group and individual counseling sessions per week. She is appreciated for providing mini trainings in staff meetings on what she covers in youth group sessions so that there is a unified approach to providing quality care for youth and their families.
