Congratulations Dylan Collier.
Mr. Collier was nominated by Case Planner Tiny Bailey and Cottage Manager Anthony Snavely for his leadership style and the positive energy and passion he brings to work every day. His supportive attitude and consistent behavior serves as a role model for his peers and for the youth in his care. No matter the activity – playing basketball with residents, helping with day-to-day activities or just being there for a youth – Mr. Collier leads by example and shows the young men in his program how they can also become adults and leaders.
