Ms. Hammond is being commended for “her unshakeable positivity and compassion,” and ability to “handle every situation with determination and grace.” She is seen as being a person you can count on in any situation, including difficult ones. She is acknowledged for a strong work ethic of “rolling up her sleeves and diving in” right next to her colleagues. She approaches work with a pleasant demeanor and good humor, lifting spirits in tough times and going above and beyond.
