To save these .pdf files to your own computer right click your selection, chose "Save target as..." from the drop-down menu.

To print a portion of these minutes, click on "file" in the upper left hand corner of the open document, click "print" from that menu. On the left hand side of that interface you will see an option to change the "Print Range". This will allow you to print all pages (default), Current View, Current Page, or you may specify a range of pages by typing those page numbers into the boxes next to the "Pages from" option. After making a print range choice click "OK" in the lower right hand corner.
